Location: Twickenham river, Yasmin's Estate (outside)
We went to Twickenham river to film the girl and boy walking around, sitting down together and singing their parts. We checked the weather to see if it was ok for us to film, as in not raining.

Shooting Wed 21st : Girl Bit (me), Yasmin's Flat
Location: Yasmin's flat, in her living room.
Time: About 4/5pm
Shots for Wed 21st
Shooting Wed 21st
What Went Well:
Overall we found that we got the shots we needed. The setting was very calm and what we wanted it to be.
What didnt go well:
We found ourselves rushing as it was getting dark outside and we still needed natural light in order to keep our lighting the same throughout all of our shots.

Artist Name and Album Name Designs
The artist name will be Naina Kay. We have decided this name represents an RnB artist, it is catchy. Below are designs that we have done for our artist name. We have got the font of a website to use as a basic template but have used photoshop to adapt it and make it look better.
This is what the font looked like from the website...
We chose one of them and adapted it
This is our first go...
We like the colours because they are bright and stand out. Also the font looks good for an RnB Genre song. The only problem is we think the font might look too big, we want the lettering to be thinner. And also the colours might look too bright on the digipak and poster, and it may prevent attention on other freatures we intend to use.
We then then kept the lettering black but added a blue glow around it...
We have also used other fonts and experimented with them...
We used photoshop to adapt the font by adding some colours in the stars
ALBUM NAMES
From brainstorming we have decided that our album name should be You.Made.Me. We think it is very simple and catchy. We also think it relates well with our song 'breathe easy'.
Below are printscreens of fonts we have found on a website called dafont.com likewise with our artist name.
We have decided that below is a font that we particularly like for the album and magazine cover. It is like in a hand writing style and very simple, which we wanted.
We intend to make it different by adding glows around it like this...

Breathe Easy Storyboard
We have decided to combine our ideas together and change a few things. Below is our story board of our shots.
Record Labels in our Genre
Record Labels in Our Genre
Polydor Record Label:
Polydor Records is a record label currently headquartered in the UK, and is a subsidiary of Universal Music Group. Polydor remains one of the strongest imprints in the country — with artists such as The Courteeners, La Roux, Klaxons, Delphic, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, James Morrison, Take That, Girls Aloud, Kaiser Chiefs, N-Dubz and Jade Ewen. It also acts as the UK label for American-based acts under Interscope-Geffen-A&M like Eminem, Gwen Stefani, Mary J Blige, 50 Cent and Lady GaGa. In Spring 2006, Polydor launched Fascination Records, a music label dedicated to pop music. Both Girls Aloud and Sophie Ellis-Bextor transferred to the new label.
(Research from wikipedia)
We think this record label is ideal because it is a UK record label and happens to have many well known artists from many different genres of music. Alesha Dixon was part of this record label before 2005. She was one of the artists that we researched so this is another reason why we think this is a good record label for our song.

Music Video Ideas
Music Video2
We then got feedback from our class discussing our ideas for our video and we were asked questioned and tried to explain our coursework further.

Camera Angles
I have researched camera angles and shots from a website on the internet.
http://www.mediaknowall.com/camangles.html
Below is a document showing the shots and explaining them. This will help us with our music video and we need to know what angles are suitable for the scenes and be able to explain why we are using them

Below are camera angles and shots in a N Dubz video that i have printscreen when i recognised them
